The final boss is yet to be seen. As the whole server needs to do a job to unlock them.

Someone enslaved one of the sunwell bosses and got him out of the instance!

No, all bosses drop them.

There is also a Blood Elf suit dropping from the 2. boss in the 5man.

Bosses appear to drop some Essence of Immortals which you need to open the gates after the 3rd boss. The good part of turning them in are the rewards you get from them though:

I've got several armour pieces (some haste-holy, some haste-ret) I'd love to craft once we're done with making SR and main-set/end game gear from hearts.

Titles are cool. I ran a couple of noobs through SM last night (2xArmoury for 50g and a bag full of silk cloth), and they were very impressed by my Champion of the Naruu title. Asked me what it meant and how I got it.

Edit: I'm guessing from the quest text it only opens up at high rep. Might be an exulted reward....
