for the record, I ended up choosing the Antec Sonata III as recommended by Lafm8 and Fuzzy

Ordered it just now, hope it really reduces noise as I just bought a new surround system and TV which I am feeding from my PC!

My case (Antec P182):

I can recommend it to anyone. It looks good, is solid, silent, got plenty of space and you can really put all the wires out of view (and airflow) easily. You can put the wires behind the motherboard through some holes. The side panels are standard fitted with sound dampening material which makes it so quiet.

Ahw lol, I should have read the whole topic =D. Well anyways, you chose an Antec which is basically always good imo.
