If this means the slowing effect of the 5th frostbolt you cast in a row won't work anymore, well, bleh. Would stop a lot of ridiculous mage PvE soloing though, like the guy who solos 20 crocs in ZG....

The third tier set will be found in Naxxramas, i believe, another 8-piece set.

As for the mage notes, this is the result of something like babelfish, i'm sure someone will bother translating them properly, as was done with the warrior notes.

I get counterspelled more often then I get earthshocked, tbh.
Shaman tend to spam frostshock in my experience.
And don't you think a CS on 6s cooldown would get used more by mages?

To be honest: Those patchnotes are most likely faked. Several things were expected and already admitted in blue posts....

And Li: Chill is a CC ability. Most CC abilities suffer from diminishing returns. I expected this "change" alot earlier and if it's gonna be implemented it will most likely only suffer from DRs when used against players.

Says a warrior. Try PvP (or even just dueling) with a healer class vs a mage.
