Yes, and thank god for that, I hate constant confirmation boxes, I truly hope they don't add one to Chrome for downloads, or at least make it optional <_<

Look at what Facebook did and got massive scorn over, there's no way Google could get away with ANY abuse of their EULA, it would trash their reputation of "don't be evil".
