Yeah so why doesn't it show that then? He's not wearing a seat belt and all he gets is a cracked rib, yay for being ignorant and not dying.
That advert sucks.

A seat belt slows you down a lot lot slower than hitting the air bag, so even if your ribs do crack it will be a lot less damaging than just going full force into the air bag, ie no punctured lung and hole in heart.
