I came out as "INTJ" (Introversion, iNtuition, Thinking, Judging).

we actually did this thing at work too, but all I remember was that I was the only "red" guy, as it was called there
That was analytical (as opposed to feeling) and extroverted (as opposed to intro-) iirc.

What I preferred about the one we did was that it extensively talked about the drawbacks, pitfalls and external perception of your type, and what to look out for and improve. This test here pretty much just makes you feel good by giving a lavish description of all your good qualities
