If 2:59 is long enough for you.. I see a problem..

well your right in a way, you are pretty bad between every 3 min, thats with arcane power, but when your the normal spec's you still do very high amounts of damage.

Reclessness makes the warrior OP every 30 min, trinkets make the mage OP every 1.5(?) min

That's PvP! I use different gear then, with less "burst" "damage" :lol:
