I'm considering to update some hardware because my current setup is getting slightly outdated (Graphicscard is over 3 years old and CPU / Mobo over 2,5 years)

Current:
Asus P8Z77-V LK iZ77, SATA600, USB3.0
Intel Core i5 3570K 3.40GHz 6MB Box
Asus GeForce GTX560 Ti DirectCU II 1GB 2xDVI
Thermaltake Processor Cooler Frio Advanced AMD & Intel
OCZ SSD 2.5", 128GB, SATA600, Vertex 4
G.skill 4x4GB, DDR3, PC12800, CL9, RipjawsX ---> Will be moved to new system

New:
Asus ATX Motherboard Z97-A/USB3.1
Intel Haswell Core i5 4690K 3.50GHz 6MB Box
MSI GeForce GTX970 Gaming 4GB
Noctua Processor Cooler NH-D14 SE2011 Intel
Crucial SSD 2.5", 500GB, SATA600, MX200

Would this be worth investing about € 1100,- or would an upgrade on graphics card be sufficient for the time being and add the remaining stuff later?

1100 seems like a lot for what is essentially the same PC I bought earlier for~900. Things like the SSD are really something you can add later (and do you really need 600 + 128 GBs of SSD space? Do you not use normal 1-2 TB drives?)

Aside from that, if money/bang for the buck is a concern I'd just go with a mobo, the gtx970 and keep the old CPU/cooler. And OC it.

From what I can tell after researching my CPU back then was that it wasn't a huge increase from the older generations so you might get by with just an older and OCed one. Even if not, you can always upgrade later since they both socket 1150.

Electronics tend to be a little more expensive here than Germany, Ayu. So price range this seems quite allright.

To me tho, just upgrading the GPU would be enough for now, the mobo might indeed be optional but not really needed and the current CPU is still quite enough for WoW at least.

Got both the GPU and the SSD cause I got tired of only being able to have Windows and WoW on my SSD.

628GB of SSD storage <3
