Ayu posted them a while ago, it's basically an epic reward for JCers, since Blizz seem to want to give each profession a unique advantage. Since they're unique, it's not really a huge buff, definitely less than enchanters get

2 weapon damage vs these gems? Hmmm doesn't really sound tricky to me.
