If you have grid and you like things to fit together you've probably seen that you can't reduce the border in the newest grid to 0. To have this you need to do the following:
Open Grid\GridFrame.lua
Search for "GridFrame.defaultDB"
Below that, change "borderSize = 1," into "borderSize = 0,"

I don't know which specific classes all get the annoying borders but a few examples are
- Soul Fire instant cast from Empowered Imp as Warlock
- All abilities with Holy Power on Hand of Light proc.
You can turn those off with the attached addon.
(Note: Install it in WoW\Interface folder, not WoW\Interface\Addons)
PS: You can edit the Blizzard Power Aura's with
