I've got this bug, just did what the post said and it got better.
But all other graphics got really bad and edgy

Well, that's what anti-aliasing does. It removes the blocky edges by replacing them with less contrasting, more blended-coloured lines. You'll have to live with either bad edges or bad fonts until Blizzard comes up with a better solution, or you get a better video card

I've got a 9800 pro clocked to a 9800xt though.
I dont consider that a bad card.
