What is your motivation to applying to MM?
I would like to be part of a guild that focuses on progress and by that really like to get in a guild that has more than 2 days of raiding mostly this.
Raiding experience with class/spec:
Before Legion there are not really good stuff to worth mention. In legion did 9/11 M sadly guild stopped raiding as Warlock. When BFA started did 3 Mythic bosses in Uldir but the game was really repeating itself for me went to older expansion servers and played on that little bit. When classic came up went really hardcore we got world 16th Ragnaros then the game started really dull and repeating.
What do you do to improve your character, play style and performance? Do you assess your own performance post raid?
From wowlogs and DH discord mostly. Seeing people what did they focus, how did they build their talents for specific encounters and essences other then that general raidbots sim every time I get a new item and so on.
How comfortable would you be if we asked you to raid as your offpsec or on an alt character?
I would like to say yes but at the moment game design not really alt friendly if you want to gear a new one due to essences but if really needed I wouldn't mind.
Do you have a mic, a proper setup and internet connection to play the game competitively? (i.e. a stable connection and approx. 30 fps in raids)
Never had a problem. Using ethernet to make sure connection is stable always.
We all need the occasional raiding day off for various reasons, any planned absences in the foreseeable future?
I am working home office so pretty much online all day everyday if there won't any emergencies which is not likely.
Do you have anything else to add?
At the moment my logs not good due to lack of weapon/corruption but still trying and no luck
