This screenshot was taken on the test server right before ZG was released. Bacon is a character of Tigole, one of the lead devs, so he just gave himself Ashbringer

Just to clear this all up.
The screenshot was taken on the test server for ZG.
It was on one of the characters that asked us for our feedback on the Hakkar encounter (we were the first to kill him).
He said it wasn't in the game.
He said it won't enter the game in this state either.
