Hello! My name is Ross, I’m 22 years old and in my final year of my studying dentistry. Like many, I returned to the game with the launch of Legion and am looking to take on the challenge and opportunities that being a part of your guild could bring. I’ve thus far been actively PvE-ing in legion and feel that in order to progress further, I need to be surrounded by like-minded people who are eager to maximise their performance.

I began playing in Wrath, and have raided on and off clearing content at a fairly average pace. At the time, I was content with performing well myself regardless of progress but now I feel it’s time to make the step up and set myself against better quality players – only by doing this, I believe, will I reach my maximum potential (and nothing in this game matches the thrill of overcoming a real challenge during progression).
As you inquired about raiding philosophy, I feel that I delved into the subject briefly in my history, but to clarify; to me, there is no greater satisfaction in this game than overcoming that next boss – especially after long stalls. I believe that I owe it to those I play with to perform to the capacity of my abilities, and expect the same from others.
Why choose MM?
I think I partly covered this earlier but quite simply, I think your guild is the best place for me interact with more experienced players, learn from them, and push myself to improve.
Also, I’ve heard about your raid philosophy and more recently saw your explanation on your forums and was very impressed. To me, this attitude while of taking on a challenge and problem solving your way through it sounds by far the most enjoyable way to tackle content. And it’s clearly effective too, given your progress.
Finally, why should you choose me?
In me you will find a player that’s dedicated to reaching the peak of my abilities, will reliably attend raids and will be a positive, sociable member of the guild.
Given my limited raid history, I hope these logs will help justify what I’ve been saying about my goals to continually improve my performance.
