    Tell us about yourself:
My names Stephen, I'm 20 years old from Scotland. Currently very unemployed after dropping out of University. Been playing WoW since the middle of WoD and have mained a hunter pretty much since then.

    Battle Tag:

Balance Druid - https://www.wowprogress.com/character/eu/outland/Jickaroo (For some reason says orc)

    Warcraft Logs:

    Your UI in raid combat:

Some weakauras specific to raids e.g. boss abilities and cooldowns aren't in this screenshot I will supply another with those in it if needed.

Why are you applying to MM? How did you hear about us? Do you know anyone here?

I am applying because I am interested I want to push myself to complete the hardest raid content the game has to offer. I heard about you guys through a friend (Vnyx) who was also applying to join.

Why are you leaving your current guild? If we were to look at your guild history, would we find anything concerning?:

Progress in my last guild came to a stand still for various reasons causing me and a bunch of other people to get really bored and the guild kinda just collapsed.

    Raiding experience while current:

    8/8HC Uldir
    9/9HC BoD
5/9M BoD (Was 3/9 before raiding with you)
2/2HC CoS (Was 1/2 before raiding with you)

What is your main spec? How long have you played this?:

My main spec is currently Beast Mastery. I Have only been playing it a couple of months before BM i played Survival

What is your stat priority? Explain why.

Secondary stats are really close together in terms of value for BM with Crit being really good for Single Target and Mastery being really good for AOE having more Haste is also really good in pretty much any situation.

Why should we bring your class/spec to a raid? What do you feel is the defining feature of your class/spec?:

BM hunter is an extremely mobile class mostly because of its lack of cast times meaning you pretty much never need to stop moving to dps. Apart from this BM brings some decent utility in the form of Turtle for soaks, two slows (one aoe) and an incap.

What addons do you use to enhance your performance?:

Weak Auras mostly but I also use elvui, dbm. I also use Raidbots to sim gear upgrades for my character.

Where do you find the latest information in relation to your class?:

Mostly from Icy Veins, WoWhead and the Hunter Class Discord

What do you do outside of a raid to improve your character, play style and performance?:

Mythic+ is a good way that I use to practice my rotation, I also sometimes compare logs with hunters of similar level as me to see what they were doing differently and figure out what I could do to improve.

Do you ever change around talents depending on the encounter? If so please, give an example.

Currently I do not really change around my talents very much. This is mostly due to the fact that the other talents are not as competitive as the ones I currently have except in very specific situations. Although I would be prepared to change to other talents if other ones became better or were needed for certain fights.

What is your offspec? How comfortable would you be if we asked you to raid as your offpsec?:

My offspec is Survival. I would be quite comfortable if asked to raid as it.

We raid Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 20:00-23:00 Server Time. Are you able to commit to these times and days?:

    Yes these days are great.

Can you accept criticism? If not then do not apply, we frown upon shifting blame a lot more than people admitting to mistakes and improving on it.

I am always looking to better myself as a player for always take valid criticism onboard and use it to play better.

Do you have a mic? Do you have a proper setup and internet connection to play the game competitively? (that is, at least 30 and ideally more fps in raids):

Yes I have a mic and willing to use it and am able to run the game at a suitable performance.

We all need the occasional raiding day off for various reasons, but we expect these reasons so to be fully disclosed at as early a time as possible to make planning an easier process. Have you any planned absences in the foreseeable future that we should know about?

Not that I can think of but will let somebody know if anything comes up.

Do you have anything else to add?

I have been raiding with you this week (Wednesday 1st May/Thursday 2nd May) and have very much enjoyed myself. Thanks for the invites. Also if you have any further questions feel free to ask.
