Maybe look into how cloud computing can be made more secure for medical (or pretty much any) applications? Loads of security risks, could look in to addressing concerns regarding shared technology or search pattern leakage? -

Just start with the battle chest, you might get sick of it before you even want the other expansions! Plus, a lot of neat stuff got added with patches anyways. -
