AS Croga said for win vista (or 7) that seems u are using u can disable the the desktop manager graphic look for it in services. Also clear up the wtf folder i bet u have alot there from recount and addons that u are still using - helps alot. From time to time when u are in TOC do a /rl (reload)....

I always innervate someone during fights - until now priority was priests follow by druids . From now on every healer should be imo. I suggest - as i did already - pick a pair and make a whispering innervate macro for emergency innervate, otherwise is just go random :) As for innervate on itself....
