I think the blizzard support people suspect that at least some ofthe lag is caused by external/ISP issues, but need proof:

I don't really know what I'm talking about, but it looks like "telia" has something to do with a lot of problems. It might help them get it sorted is they get more responses....
Having said that, I'm not a networking guy, so I can't interpret it really ;-)
