Just watched it again.... the duel against the epic geared, anti caster specced (Eye for an Eye talent and Holy Shock) Paladin which starts at 20:45 is really awesome. Saerdna's Ice Block timing is just.. wow

He sure ain't a poor player, though there's a few things I don't get at this fight. At the start, why doesn't he blink out of the HoJ, not sure if he got cs specced, if so he should have used it a bit more. I also find his spells a tad weak, not much +dmg ? Iron grenades are niftey, ehh.

Gotta love iceblock, somehow his spellalert didn't show HoW.

Hmm dunno. The normal reason not to use blink is if you're expecting another (worse) stun effect later, so if you'd use blink now you'd be screwed more with the worse stun. For example charge stun vs intercept stun (you don't blink out of the charge stun; when charge stun is over, frost nova warrior, walk away, start nuking, as soon as he intercepts you, blink and sheep, then kill the warrior. theoretically).

Nope, 27 fire 24 frost, no improved CS. He shows his spec at the start of the vid.

Check his gear at the start of the vid. This guy has been away for 4 months or something and only returned recently.... he has mostly blue pvp gear and only 1 epix. No "I win" trinkets. Which makes it all the more impressive....
