That's what MS is for, which obviously Ferals lack. It isn't a design flaw in healers. If you want to have some arena fun, try Rogue/Feral/Healer and rape some cloth.

ye, it's basically a feral druids don't work in arena issue rather than anything else, try a mage and laugh endlessly at shaman and paladin healers that will probably not get one heal off.

Well, imo a healer shouldn't be able to outheal pure damage endlessly..

Not really.. Now it's "Kill the healer before they kill our healer", instead it would be "Kill the dps before they kill our dps" :<
Or in other words, kill their dps before our team runs out of healing.

Rogue + Feral is a good setup for 2v2, Feral/Warr/pala is good for 3v3, dunno about ferals in 5v5 tho
