Why exactly does it matter? The gain aggro wise is small compared to scaling aggro of Druids.

It means +Parry is actually more valuable for DPS than you'd assume otherwise. And for tanking as well for that matter.

Do you really want to be HIT by a mob so you can more DPS and in return parry as DPS Warrior? Not sure how applicable that is on 40 man raid bosses.

You're missing the point, it makes Parry more interesting if compared to for instance more Armor, not comparing it to +Crit.

It is actually yet another sign that druids aren't favored by blizzard.
Druid is already the only hybrid class that resets their swing time (complete reset, not this fake one) when doing stuff, unlike shaman and paladin (seals happend while your hitting, remember?). Now it's apparent, not only doesn't warriors suffer from a reset, they gain from it. So yeah, it's not a feral nerf, but a druid nerf. :p

Erm, this is in no way a nurf - its a built in mechanic that people are starting to notice.

Its possible i'm well wide of the mark, but surely the point of a hybrid class is to do a lot of things *well* - not to be the best at everything.

If you were expecting the latter, then you're always going to be disappointed ;)

Oh, the fun of having exactly 1 tanking class when you have multiple DPS and Healing classes. Agree?

My post was made as a joke 8)
The difference between druids and the other 2 hybrid classes is real though, and has been there since the start. The fact that warriors apparently actually gain from parrying, sounds more like a bug than something intended though.

But, you mention the point of the hybrid class. The hybrid is supposed to be good at several roles, best at no roles. However, the hybrid is also BEST at doing several roles. Though, that is only reserved for paladins and shamen, as they are the only ones with uninterrupted weapon swing, and the ability to actually perform more than one role at the same time.
(That's old news btw, has been like that since beta).

And don't worry, I know I'm not best at anything.

....and with this in mind it actually makes sense that Imp Parry is in the Paladin Retribution tree, and not in the Protection tree. Come to think of it, with 5 points in Parry, you parry 10%, and i remember frequently getting parries and succesful hits right after that, before i respecced and lost the 5% extra parry. Now it hardly notices.
