Well, the bracer looks like part of a non-tanking warrior set.. so, that's a warning right there that it might be fake
And some odd wording, "increased by 20% that of your strenght" oO
Also, Spaulders of the Grand Crusader already exists, making Pauldrons as well would be sorta confusing.

The legendary trinket looks interresting. Seeing stealthed or invisible targets always, would be real imba in pvp ^^
