So, I've been looking into a few monitors for the past month not being able to decide which one to go for.
I'm looking for an affordable 24" VA monitor. There isn't much choice and the only VGA one I've seen to find that has no big problem about Input Lag, Blacklight bleeding etc, was an FP24x from BenQ but unfortunatly they don't sell it in Belgium. I could buy it online ofcourse but then I'm fucked if I get dead pixels.

Anyone with experience can help me out here? (Been checking out HardForum for some info but they only seem to tell whats bad and not whats good )

mindfactory.de is a German shop that sells you any monitor with guaranteed zero dead pixels for 20€ more. Might be worth checking out?

I have the 27" samsung 275T and it's adorable, not sure if that's in your price range though.... the bigger pixels and screen estate compared to a 24" is really great

Not sure about sites and availablity, but i'm using a 22" Acer monitor and i'd recommend it to anyone.

We buy shitloads of dell 24in panels at work. Really nice displays, pretty cheap and they now come with a no-dead-pixel policy.

If you buy stuff online, usually you can return it within 7days no matter what is wrong with it (Atleast that is UK law)

Any idea what version it is Hom? I remember reading a bit about Dell monitors but depends what version you got.

I've been using a Dell the last 3-ish years, and it's great. I think a lot of the newer Dells have lower quality panels tho, so make sure you get a model with a good one ^^

My neighbour just bought a new monitor, and that thing is insane. The black levels are sooo much better than my screen (and I can usually say that about my monitor even tho it's getting old :<)! Can't remember the name of it, but I'll ask when he wakes up in a few hours
