Spec i'm tempted to try when i get 2 part tier 5, just welcoming any ideas on how you think i could change some of the talents.

My aim is something like arcane blast, arcane blast, scorch, scorch...repeat..hence imp scorch

Was gonna link that very thread Ayu did.

If u wanna spec arcane u need imp arcane missiles, as it is your highest dps tool, even if it has a huge mana cost.

Doing tests and shit i found that "AB,AB,AM,Scorch," was the best dmg cycle.

Mana will be a problem so u need to stack up on super mana potions and pot early on even the easiest fights, but i think with chain potting, gems and evocation u should do ok, even better if u have a shadow priest.

A friend of mine at work, who's been using an arcane build for ages, says that there is no fixed cast rotation for arcane, because the spells you use depends on what procs you've got up (Clearcasting?), and how you need to "pace" your mana use and threat.

Cavat: His raid experience (Kara/Gruul's lair) is limited. That said, he is smart and has played the arcane a long time.

I'll ask him for his spec.

Alghouthi was 100% arcane not long ago so you could just ask him.

When clearcasting procs, u should use Arcane missiles, as it will provide a huge amount of dmg for 0 mana. Therefore your rotation will mess up a bit, and u cannot simply go back to arcane blast as the stacked debuff may still be up. Thats when u spam scorch a bit i suppose.
