i'm considering respeccing frost, as i fancy something a little bit different and it'll be of more use in MC.
(plus, my current arcane/fire split is neither mana efficient or particularly high damage so i'd like a bit more 'strategy')
ive specced a 23.0.28 arcane frost split, if any frosties could have a look over it and make any suggestions i'd like to hear them.
