Over the last week, there's already been two reports of items disappeared in the mail.
I lost 9 blue gems, which just disappeared, the replies to my first two tickets were in the line of "they are in your mailbox, look closer", then in the 3rd ticket, they just told me I deleted them :S
Now today, Kirki also lost a mail with some very expensive goods, and GM's aren't going to refund them to her either, apparantly it being too long ago (1 day).
Anyways, my point being, be careful of what you mail to an alt, best don't let expensive goods linger in the mail, it could very well be bad luck from our sides, but there might be more going on, who knows.
It's probably good advice in general anyways
