you face the same direction you faced when casting your Hearthstone, not getting it. So Aldor people should face North before hearthing

No, the way you are standing when you are making the inn your home, thats the way you will be standing each time you return there by hearthstone.

Well he did mention something about throwing away your hearthstone and making a new at the inn, if you already had your home at the inn.

I destroyed my HS and set it again at the inn. The position changed but not the direction when I hearthed back.
