Tbh, the bank idea seems nice, but I doubt it will actually be usable, unless they feature it with some kind of credit system. Just basing it on guild ranks is really not practical...all officers can repair with guild funds? You'd want to allow people to repair for free on certain nights, not just for having a certain rank.

More interested in the integrated voice chat, if they don't skimp on the useful features in TS.

as long as you're online, you can just say "you have 15 minutes to repair on guild bank funds" after a progress night, set the permissions, and set them back after 15 mins.

As Ala suggested, it could mean a new type of banking rank, that would actually make it alot more practical. But I doubt Blizz intends that.
