Some news articles have been reporting that we are an MMO. We are not. We are first and foremost a competitive team based shooter. When Firefall releases, it will be available online for download and play for absolutely free. We plan to offer a marketplace for Firefall that will offer players items to enhance their gaming experience. We are adamantly against selling anything that might compromise the skill-based aspect of the game.

Micro-payments and pvp oriented. Which probably means no pve end game.

Not so strange with an MMOFPS. If you look at Planetside there was very little PvE involved. It was about capturing the enemy bases and if there were no enemies that was a PvE thing but usualy it wouldn't take long for the enemy to respond.
