Does anyone have any idea where I might have picked up this buff from? It appeared whilst running from BL to ST. Didnt use any consumables or anything.

Its a buff from the Fallen Hero of the Horde, a ghost next to some trees as you enter/leave blasted lands.

there are several i believe (str, agi, stam) but I also believe they require hand ins. *prepares to be corrected*
