Quicker version:
/stopcasting
/cast [target=Joys] Guardian Spirit
/w Healess YOU NEXT!!

Casts the GS on Joys without losing your current target. Works like a charm. Could even make it more generic by useing [target=focus] and focussing the tank before the fight starts. That way you won't have to change the macro when you return with a different tank.

No no no. Just hammer your macro button as soon as he calls for it. xD

He calls beforehand so if you use it then you risk it running out before it hits.
I only hammer it if I'm midcast and it#s going to be close if I get it or not :<

You weren't there last night, so I'll let this lack of suncasm detection slide for now

Or get a decent UI :p
I have tanks, tanks target and tanks targets target all including castbar, health and mana bars.....

So no, I don't need to focus Sarth. I couldn't anyway as I usually focus my PI target ;)
