I started this forum today since the new round starts May 1st! So that's in 2 days, gives people enough time to read the guide and make an account. Your characters will be wiped when the new round starts, but your cartel affiliation and trusted contacts stay, so you can already join the cartel before the new round starts.

I think we're 6 hours ahead of the DR site, the round starts at 10:00, meaning it will start at 16:00 WoW-time, coming thursday.
