Gamon is an NPC located in Orgrimmar, who you are able to attack, thus aggro. Check the location :yes:

AFAIK, people kill Gamon whenever they are close just because. So it's become quite a habit of pwning him.

Yeh, Gamon is the Horde's whipping cow. He's in Orgrimmar's inn as part of the rogue pickpocket quest. The guys in the screenshot trained him all the way to Silithus just to sacrifice him there :O
