Today at work I was bored and made a small WoW addon for IceHUD users:
IceHUD Threat - IceHUD plugin that adds a threat bar to IceHUD
At the current stage it's more or less a proof-of-concept but I used it in Karazhan and the basics seem to work.
If there's any interest in more features or functionality I could also move it to the WoWAce SVN and do some real work on it.
