Drugs PPQ

I think the PPQ on cartel drugs should really be lower right now, the price basically decides the balance between how fast farmers grow compared to sellers, and currently if you check our internal market, there's a looooad of drugs. If the price is lower, the sellers can expand faster and sell and buy more drugs <_<

And I think Crono's farmers even have to sell their own drugs atm <_<

At the moment I'm selling really cheep. Probably too cheep. I have my 200q set for 400. I've not made 230q but I'd say ~460? The main sellers in the cartel don't tend to buy up anything less than 210q any more, but if you add "Dibbler", my non-cartel Seller as a contact I'll be happy to clear out some of your backlog at rock bottom prices ^^.
