A newbie healer UI!

Since I had a bit of vacation I made this UI a week ago. After all the little adjustments I made over the last week it should be somewhat ready. Any suggestions to improve it?

Dont laught at my shoot key :unsure: . But I almost dont click anything besides pots or cooldown stuff like innerfocus/trinkets etc. I use Clique with Grid to heal and sometimes my keybinds Q E R X T V to Binding Heal/PoM/PoH etc.. Tbh I never use my 1 2 3 keys when healing I only do when I switch my bar to dps stuff when doing daily's so it doesnt matter what I have bind there may it be shoot or whatever.
